Here we are guys the last week before playoffs and so many wonderful crazy things could happen. I decided to take a look at the long shots and see what it would take for them to get in.
to start me:
Simply need fish to lose to danny and me to win and maintain my points for lead over fish.
Danny:
Needs a fish loss, a Jpoo loss, a win, and a bunch of points.
Mozz and Paul are dead to rights.
Big week fellas, im feeling prettay prettay good about my chances.
oh wait, whats this i see?
Danny and Fish playing one another this week?
Uh-Oh, my entire fantasy playoffs hope lie in that game!
All I know is I really really really want to avoid missing the playoffs two straight years in this league. I do so well in every other league I play but this.

Oh im on top of it fish, this is gonna be ridiculous. A story is a must, its been 10 weeks.
pretty much the same as josh said but there are also some important games at the top...
So heading into the last weekend of fantasy football and EIGHT of the ten teams are still fighting for a playoff spot and posistion. You could argue that this is the biggest week of the season because there is still so much to be determined. The parity is errily simliar to the NFL where despite a 4-7 record the 49ers are only 1 spot out of first place and could still get a home playoff game.
Kearns 9-3 Kearns is in first place by 1 game and plays the #2 team, Forster this week. If Kearns wins he will be in sole possession of first place. However, Forster currently holds the lead in Points For. Meaning that if Forster beats Kearns this weekend he will claim the top spot, first week bye and the #1 overall seed.
Forster 8-4 As mentioned above Forster is one game out of first place and has the edge in Point For. You would think that gets him an automatic bye. BUT, if Forster loses to Kearns and I beat Mikey Forster will drop to 3rd place and be forced to play in the first round of the playoffs against the 6th place team.
Domo 8-4 I can secure a second place bye with and only with a win and a loss by Forster. No other ramifications if I lose as I have a wide points margin over the 4th place team, mikey.
Mikey 7-5 Mikey cannot impove his posistion, however a loss and a win by Nickerson will drop him into 5th place and cause him to play Joe in round #1.
Nickerson 7-5 With a loss and a win by Fish, Fish will move to 5th place and Nickerson to 6th.
Fish 6-6 A win by Fish secures him a spot in the bracket. A win by Danny and a loss by Josh will get Danny into 6th place, securing him a playoff spot, again due to Points For.
Josh 5-7 Josh has really come on lately and its scary to think his team could have included Peterson, Grant, Hillis, Vick and Colston. BUT this is the reason you never give up. Josh needs a win and a loss by Fish to nab the 6th seed in the big dance.
Danny 5-7 Danny needs a win and a Josh lost to jump 2 places and steal the 6th and final spot.
Seriously, every team can still move at least 1 spot this week. 3 teams are playing for 1 playoff spot and the bye weeks are still up for grabs. This has turned out to be a great fantasy season and Im excited to see how it plays out. Great job to everyone!
ya nick, saw it, it was good, and ur right every game matters but lets be serious the only real battles r for the 2nd and the 6th seed. easily the biggest game of the year is me vs danny, and danny remember the 1st time we played week 3:
Let me also take this opportunity to bitch and moan about my recent loss to Josh. The game was looking manageable until Mike Vick and Brandon Lloyd pulled 35 points out of their ass, in less than 3 minutes!
I'd like to also thank the Carolina Panthers defense for being asleep behind the wheel, allowing Peyton Hillis to score 3 TDs in the first half!

ya while no1 likes to start off down 30 it could have been a lot worse so ill take it. and AP, tough it out, but danny how u like westbrook is already not practicing haha. gets 4 carries the whole year then 20 out of no where and now hes fragile ass is breaking down. i dont think philly gave him more than 20 carries a game in 5 years hah
Honestly, I was probably going to start Brandon Jacobs over Westbrook anyway. I have a hunch about him and Bradshaw this week.

thank god in a must win game i go up aganist some1 who puts up 130, and it coulda been much worse if for some reason u played any1 other than brian westbrook. i finally get a big game outta AP and i cant do anything with it. and danny, i bet ur ass scored like 85 points next week haha, but good job the champ has been dethroned some1 new will be crownded in just a few weeks..
Fish, your lucky I got so hammered drunk that I slept until 1:45 at Kerri's house on Sunday. If you look at the forum from 3 days ago, I told you I was going to start Jacobs over Westbrook, I even told Nick I was, but I was too ****ed up and didn't get it in on time.
With that said, CONGRATS TO ME. Yes, I may be the fantasy leagues NFC West Champion, but anything can happen once you get to playoffs!

Josh, I had one of the most stressul weeks of fantasy ever, with this game being the most stressful.
At one point, it looked like:
A. Fish could come back.
B. Shayne Graham was easily going to cover the points you needed to cover.
You know the only thing that saved me was that the Patriots played so amazing. If they hadn't, they would of kicked at least 3 more field goals. For once, thank you New England for scoring a whole lot of TDs. Thank goodness they didn't go for that 40+ yarder early in the game, instead they went for it. Loved it!

Again, I can't explain enough how great it feels to make the playoffs. From 8th to 6th in one week! Thats a 2001 NE Patriots performance.
