This section is for participants in this years "Show Me Your TDs" fantasy football playoffs (Dan & Nick). Outside participation is encouraged (Josh & Fish).

I'd just like to start by saying, Nick, you can lick my big hairy test's until Tuesday morning.

With that said, I am so glad I get to face the weaker side of the bracket...

That's because I pick based on knowledge and match-ups, not NFL.com's projected stats and insider predictions (Me-Santonio Holmes).

Also, I haven't a player other than Westbrook I picked up off waiver, not perform for me. And I didn't even mean to start him.

Nick: Who would you start, Percy Harvin or Santonio Holmes?
Me: Santonio Holmes, without question.
Nick: Are you sure, Harvin is playing well?
Me: No, play Holmes.
Nick: Ok buddy, thanks a bunch!

Outcome: Holmes 2TD, more then 20 points, Harvin less than 6 points

There will be no more of that this week, Nick.

Josh, I have to admit, you have a great team, they just came on to late for you.

Also, I'm really regretting not trading Nicks for Hillis straight up. Could of been a league changer! I admit, I'm always a little trade-shy, I'm always nervous of losing a stud and receiving a dud. This time, it bit me in the arse.

nick, for a guy who hasn't said much all year i think round 1 is a little early to get ****y.  everyone, lets remember if you lose this week you are in the same spot as #10: a nice $50 donation.

with that said, i encourage smack talking i think it makes for a better and more fun league, i wish ppl didnt take it so personally or talk behind ppls back if things dont go through (don't act like i dont know). its all in fun, its not like we have any control of the outcome of the game other than a lineup change.  i apologize for not being up to my normal "best commish" status and posting a story every week.  getting home at 8pm and smoking by 9pm every day didn't help.  i promise i will post a playoff edition post tonight no matter how long it takes me.  anyone got some ideas for me?  last year i think i did awards and obviously i will do that (as well as my prediction for the favorites), but does any1 else have some creative ideas for me...

I still say you should ask mozz questions that he'd never be able to answer in a million years and write down his response.

Hilarity WILL ensue.

Someone call Motz and tell him that we all agreed that the last place player each year has to buy the winner a trophy, starting this year of course.

haha thats a good idea, expect he would never do that. he almost quit this year cuz i said we might do a keeper league.  i was thinking we should replace 10th every year kinda like soccer does but i think that would get too stressful if it was some1 who actually cared. im thinking erms 1 year suspension might be over if hes willing to pay me on time and actually try in replace of paul or obviously brought notihng to the table.  thoughts...

Paul was an utter disaster.

Erm wasn't too much better.

There's gotta be someone else.

Def not on the 10th seed boot. Coulda easily been me this year.

Josh,

Why do you think we invite Motz every year, to avoid being the 10th spot boot.

erm was much worse than paul.  pauls problem was he didnt pick up many ppl which hurt him in the bye weeks and when guys like dallas clarke got hurt and his bench was awful.  but he did set his lineup everytime, something erm definitly didnt do, and he also paid me while erm was either benching his players for weed or claming he paid me when i was blacked out.  nick said erm was getting better and maybe he would get back on this board if he had something to add, i just think if he does come back i need to take a deposit on his $.  i would ask my brother and he would be another force to deal with and we definitly wouldnt have to worry about him not setting his lineup/picking up players but he would bring nothing to the forum discussion.  so depends on wat u guys want..

Everyone can agree with me that it's always good to have a motz and erm in your leagues. It's like getting to play Detroit twice a year.

Fish,

My opinion, I would prefer having 10 players that all understand and know the game ALOT, like your brother. That way it comes down to an extremely competitive draft, and a very competitive FA waiver wire. There would be much more parity in the league, and each team would have to be on their A game to compete.

I also think that now that were all growed-up, I would LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE to increase the price per team. At the minimum $100.

I'm basically down for making this league as competitive and interesting as possible

increase the entry fee
add keepers
add auction

make it nuts
