im just wondering, after the jets get smoked next week is this season a success or failure? i mean claiming from the preseason that there the next super bowl champs and signing 1 year guys like jason taylor, holmes and edwards to win the super bowl means there all-in. so then, hypotheticlly, does going from the afc championship to 2nd round L would that mean this was a good year or was it a step back?? i just want to clarify before we get any farther...

come dr. john clayton... LT and taylor were 2 year contracts, holmes and braylon were trades.... just bc rex has balls the size of grapefruits and said he wants to win the ship doesnt mean thats every teams goal. I mean wasnt kevin kolb supposed to lead the eagles there after his 2 starts last year? I guess they are getting comfortable losing in the wild card round year after year. as always u can count on joe for coming out from hiding to act like a 3rd grader and run his mouth when things r down but can never provide any type of anaylsis what so ever.
Jets fans can feel good about yet another team losing the game by dumb decisions. Nick Folk must love Caldwell for making the stupidest decision I've seen in playoffs. Nick Folk has as much chance kicking 50 yarders as Joe does sleeping in an actual bed when he drinks vodka.

the actual analysis is in the first line, cmon man i feel like salisberry telling clayton to sit down. Jets all the way, if you aint cheating you aint trying. Plus apparently u think the jets were the only team at the beginning of the year that thought they were gonna win the super bowl. I guess their 3 playoff wins to the eagles 0 over the past 2 years is why the eagles are letting some kid from buffalo run all over them.
plus now u have time to focus on rooting for the knicks, heat, thunder, sixers, yanks, phillies, and who ever is in first place in the west

also for the eagles, i think ppl r forgetting this was suppose to be a rebuilding year. when u trade away as many veterns as we did last year, including franchise player donovan mcnabb and brian westbrook, not many ppl were expecting much from them and they won the division. this is the 3rd youngest team in the nfl and there not going anywhere anytime soon.
