NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO u can't break the OC tradition
Affirmative. OC > Dewey.
With that said, an OC is perfect. It's such an easy drive, I'm down.

erm, fish and danny- we need to figure something out for memorial day. we can get a couple hotel rooms in OC or we can look for a house for like 6-8 ppl but im not tryin to celebrate in bmore id rather be at the beach.
if you guys wanna do dewey thats cool with me but i think OC is more realistic
i like how the nicest weekend of 2011 was supposely the weekend we were in vegas which was one of the coldest of the year there that partically weekend and now its back to being cold again. wtf, how is ur boy suppose to get a sick tan like this?
but on a serious note i found some rooms at Carousel hotel in Ocean City. I think I am going to stay there ocean front is 249 a night non oceanfront is 179. Marriott seems to be all booked. It seems to be the easiest to deal with.
if theres one thing ive learned about OC, its that you cant worry about the place you are staying. as long as there arent any crazy italians patrolling the place at 2 am, where we stay isnt a big deal since we spend most of our time at the beach and on the boardwalk picking up chicks with our sweet tans
furthermore, ill see where mitch and paul and them are stayng and see if we can get something around there since theyre usually doing some pretty sweet ****
ya i agree i dont care where we stay either as long as me n lauren have a bed, shes not like motz n wont sleep on any floor or outside. i personally liked our situation we had last year so where we dont have to worry about italian who never sleep roaming but i really liked how we were all in the same place and not spread out, but we were spread out in vegas and it worked out fine. i really liked our deck last year it is perfect for yes chants and good for convincing santa clause seagulls tore up the place n he should be going after them and not us
Allow me to introduce myself. I was a member of the group who rented your semi-competitive boardwalk property over the Memorial Day weekend. I have received your email regarding the security deposit that will not be returned. After reviewing the charges, please allow me to explain how some of these expenses occurred.
We refuse to pay for the Extra Cleaning charge because the seagulls who left the mess were uninvited. My friend Joe left an empty pizza box on the deck before we left for the beach and they were looking for leftovers. Luckily, the 8 cats my girlfriend brought to protect the condo while we were gone scared the seagulls away before we returned. We did however quickly learn a lesson and threw away the pizza box immediately.
We would have steamed the carpets, however we accidentally mistook “Bring your own steam cleaner” for “check-out is at 3 pm” on the lease. I don’t completely understand what the Time and Mileage charge is for. If we are paying for each others gas during the trip I will need $637.00 for the drive from North Jersey.
Also, I would like to request that you pay me back for the Firecracker popsicle I left in the freezer, which was not there when we arrived. This is a great selling point to future guests. I paid $2.50 for it and I would appreciate it if you could add that to the money we are getting back.
If you wanted the property returned in the same “or better” condition than when we arrived, you should have included this in the lease. Our group consisted of a carpenter, a plumber and a house nanny. We would have been happy to make some improvements to the condo during our stay as compensation for our lost deposit. We attempted to build a slide from the balcony directly to the beach, but I left the correct size wrench at home. I apologize for being so forgetful, thus not contributing any significant improvements to the property.
Lastly, if you are not convinced that we should receive more than $34.50, please make individual checks for $6.66 out to each member of the group. We lived together when we paid for the trip but have since moved apart and cannot collect our money from Ermyas.
fish do you still have those emails that we were gonna send santa? could be hilarious to read now i forgot all about them
obviously we wont be split up like vegas we just might have seperate hotel rooms. being on the boardwalk was cluth id try to find something around that same area
To start, there is an Extra Cleaning Charge for $25. As you expect your “regulars” to treat your house “as if it were their own,” me and my group did the same. However, the seagulls did not agree with that, there were the ones who made the mess but they were not invited. If anyone, you should bill the seagulls, not us. We left the place spotless like you asked. Unfortuniatly, after we had cleaned, the leftover pizza boxes were blown open and attracted these not invited seagulls. I told my dog George to keep guard if anyone came near your property, but he was asleep due to excesses teabagging another roommate. The seagulls got into the house, tore up the balcony, knocked trash everywhere, and un-made the beds. Luckliy, my girlfriends cat, Joel, heard the noise and ralleyed the troups. He awoke his litter of 8 kittens and corned these seagulls. Four of the 6 seagulls were eaten within 30 seconds, while one kind of got away and the other we think is in the roof or something but theres no way he got out. Regardless, the seagulls were at fault, so bill them not us, and they are also taken care of thanks to Joel and his litter, and we will send you the animal control bill since we took out all 6 ducks from your property after we checked out. We charge $100/hour, I will expect payment online starting tomorrow.
i remember literally almost pissing myself laughing when we were high trying to think of ideas for this letter and reading the backslash dudes stuff. omg that was fun
paul and them are staying at the holiday inn on 67th street. seacrets is on 49th, fagers is on 60th and mackeys is on 54th so this place is closer to all the night spots than the boardwalk but they also have the best pool bar in all of OC
theres 2 double beds so i guess 250 for 4 ppl. i think i spoiled you with the free hotels in vegas but rooms are never cheap especially on mem day weekend
I had enough of the faking and fronting. I am going skydiving this upcoming memorial day weekend. I am planning to drive to OC so if anyone wants to ride with me you must make a reservation to skydive. so if you do not want to skydive do not ask me for a ride.
who said they were discount price they are actually full price $249 either way you know rule nick dont expect me to give u and dd a ride if you aint jumping out of a plane.
@DeionSanders my friend wants to purchase a discount skydive deal #HOP If I'm skydiving I'll pay full price ya'll ain't killin me on sale.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA, please tell me you actually sent this one in!?

So I am going to book a place in OC for myself. I think its time the rest of the group organize and setup trips. By my count me and Nick have setup all our vacations. Just to give you a heads up. Holiday Inn does have vacancy but it is 250 a night 2 night minimum if you book for saturday checkin is 3 PM. I am still looking around if I find anything I will deff. pass the info on to you guys so you can make your own decision on where to stay.
once again I have done it I have found us a BOMB ass location in OC 60th street Condo/Loft. 3 Br has a pool I am telling you this is the spot we need to get the we can check in on the 27th and check out on the 30th. The total comes out to $2093 which if it is Me, Nick, DD, Fish, Fish's Girl (sorry for not remembering = her name) Danny, Kerri it is only $299 a person. This place is BALLER trust me I did not disappoint in Vegas when we went to XS or to Dinner. If you guys are down all I need to do is put a $900 deposit down (which of course we will be splitting it up). Just to let you know the holiday INN is 250 a night with a 3 night minimum if we check in on Friday. The $2093 sounds steep but for the location with a balcony includes the $50 renters insurance which covers up to $1500 worth of damage (Perfect for Nick) the location has pool (Perfect for Fish) and best part we all get our own bedroom the place sleeps 12. This is the spot guys I am telling you $300 for a 3 night weekend in the heart of OC at a ****in Loft #winning.
