Email Chain

So these ppl have been outside the harbor for about 2 months now with their tents protesting something.  I finally walked by this camp protest site yesterday for the first time and was even more confused then i was before because I have no idea what there protesting.  The first thing I saw were a bunch of skater doing tricks and then I walked down a little more and they were having an open forum to discuss daily activies.  So that got me wondering, what are they even protesting?

I figured it was something to do with occupy wall street and there not happy with corporate isses, but i did a little research and it looks like the ppl there don't even know what there protesting haha.  here are some descrptions I have found of what they are protesting:

-Though the group does not yet have a single goal, the Occupy Baltimore activists are working to come up with solutions to the problems they see with society.  The group holds a "general assembly" meeting every night where it determines its next move.

-In Baltimore, a growing number of people are turning their attention to the city’s model of urban development and renewal. Calling for fair development, residents and activists are demanding greater democratic participation, transparency and a commitment to economic human rights from the city’s quasi-public development corporation that uses public funds for private development

-If the movement had a defined mission and an actual list of grievances and demands I could understand their protest, but they have no leadership and it is simply a camp out on the city's dime.

so basically the ppl there have no idea who is leading this or what is about.  nick said something about jails, but that was something different and not involved with the occupy baltimore:
