haha joking, sorta, but i get a lot of **** for what I eat so im sure you guys will get a few good laughs. mostly because my friends eat llike diabeties patients who havent been diagnosed yet

Yeah, a lot of times I don't even eat lunch. Im out by 430 and usually get hungry by 3 so it's usually not worth it.

heres how nicks dinner/snack eating habits looked like:

- meal from whole foods that probably costs $10. today we'll go with a piece of salmon with mashed potatoes and a vegtable normal esperagus

- 15 GIANT pretzels from his pretzel jug

- a bowl of frozen/cut up strawberries

- half an entire bag of my snacks that he would trick me into letting him munch on (normally my lime or jalpenio toestoes)

- half a box of smarties

- 5 more Giant pretzels from his pretzel jug

- giant powerade to wash it down

so i go to pot bellys like once a week and just heard they have a secret menu and one of the items on it is called "the wrecking ball."  basically what it is is my favorite sandwhich, the wreck, PLUS meatballs and marinarra sauce.  not sure it is going to be added to the weekly roation with the heavy hitters such as the spicy chicken sandwhich at chic fila or or the chipole burrito, but the wrecking ball is def worth a try.  let me know if you ever get around to it.  also, speaking of chipotle here are some helpful tips to maximize the food there:

so i've been trying to eat more healthy for lunch instead of fast food 5 days a week, but then i heard about this. someone take me to the nearest dominos ASAP:

Domino's Launches Pizza with a Breaded Chicken Crust

As of today, Domino's is now serving a pizza on a chicken base with the ambiguous name Speciality Chicken. According to the press release below, the pizza-like creation swaps a dough-based crust in favor of "12 bites of lightly breaded, 100 percent whole breast white meat chicken" which are topped like a pizza with sauces, cheeses, vegetables, and meats. The Speciality Chicken will be offered in four flavors at launch: Crispy Bacon & Tomato, Spicy Jalapeno-Pineapple, Classic Hot Buffalo, and Sweet BBQ Bacon.

The press release also states that Speciality Chicken is the "first new product for Domino's" since September 2012. In the ad for the dish below, a Domino's "Chicken Chef" proclaims, "If we gave up after every mistake, we wouldn't come up with something new like our Speciality Chicken."

my boy bill Simmons and his ringer staff is doing "food week" this week and kicked it off with an interesting list of the best 50 fast food items:

 I think they put too many side items on here that are great such as chick-fil-a waffle fries (ranked #1) but lets be serious a majority of people aren’t getting fast food solely for these kind of items.  I use to be big in the fast food game, so my rankings would look like this:

Note: I am not a big burger guy so I know I am missing a lot of things such as the Whooper/Big Mac that should be in the top 10

  1. Chick fila spicy chicken sandwich with the waffle fries

  2. Chipotle burrito

  3. “The Big Wreck” from Potbelly’s (ask for the hotts)

  4. Arby’s Roast Beef Sandwich (esp with the curly fries)

  5. Wendys Spicy Chicken Sandwich

  6. McDonalds Nuggets with their fries

  7. Chick fila nuggets

  8. KFC Hot Wings (even better with a side of their mashed potatoes and gravy)

  9. Subway Meatball Marinara Footlong

  10. McRib (kidding…kinda)

If I had to rank the fries I’m going:

  1. Arbys

  2. McDonalds

  3. Chick Fila

2. Wendys spicy chicken sandwich. I'll maintain wendys > chikfila spicy chicken until i die!
3. chipotle/cava -- basically the same thing in diff formats
4. pretty much anyting from chikfila
5. Filet-o-fish (dead serious)

prolly agree on the fries. I dont eat much fast food but these would be the things id make a trip for.
