lets see, they are in a big market,  been in the league awhile, have a decent team history, beautiful weather, this team should be a great place for an NFL franchise correct?  but yet, this team has the worst fairweather fans, struggles to sell out all their regualr season games, a lot of their playoff games (i no its been awhile but still) arent sold out and blacked out in their local market and now this:

Florida in general is just a terrible Sports area. The Rays one of the better teams in all of MLB can hardly draw a crowd, same goes for the Marlins. Too many transplants in Florida ( a lot of them being from New York). Florida (aside from college) is just plain AWFUL for sports.

ya it really is.  i like the heat but its so hard to defend them with that crowd.  any other team with those guys and they should have an isane home court advantge every night and there pathetic.  i remember watching a heat knicks game and felt there were more knicks fans there in miami.

i was watching the rays sox game sunday night and half the front row was missing in the sunday night game of the week haha.
