while i agree some parts are funny, there is no way this is better than season 1. maybe cuz i was high the entire time during season 1 and not anymore is playing a major role, but i mean they had stevie as a sex slave n then had them run a field like apocalypto was a little over the top for me

1. modern family

2. two and a half men (getting worse and might be off the rotation soon)

3. bobs burgers (still great, very under rated)

4. tanked (gay i know, but i think its awsome)

6. wire (season 5 has been airing on sunday nights n ive been hooked again).

my favorite show americas got talent is back! get ready for a 5 part 10 hour preimer coming to NBC all this week!

this years new twist- howard stern instead of the british dbag as the 3rd judge. i watched most of last nights 1st episode and im not gonna lie it was pretty good. i really like stern as a judge, thought he was funny and not douche, 2 things opposit of the guy from last year. i joke around about AGT talent being my favorite show, its actually pretty good just its a 40 minute show turned into a 2 hour event n its on 3 days a week until like Novemeber. with that said, there was some pretty crazy performances last night, anyone else see it?

didnt watch, i got sucked into the season premiere of the bachlorette. arie is my early favorite but chase got the first impression rose.

i do really like AGT but i have the same problem you do- they only have 20 minutes of performances in a 2 hour show. the rest is the judges talking (always longer than the performance) and commercials. it does get better thou as they weed out the bad acts.

so get this, i went home last saturday for the night before my plane trip to FL and my parents have comcast. i was bored so i went on demand and checked out some hbo shows. i saw they had all episodes of game of thrones and hearing good things i decided to check out the 1st episode. after 1 episdoe i was hooked. now im excited to get home cuz brian and my new place also have comcast. i get back home from FL and my goal was to watch at least 5-10 episodes all day sunday. well i click on it and guess what "User does not have subscription for this network" pops up. u have no idea how pissed i was. so i check the package to see what i have and either brian is extremely cheap or way too east going and does not give a **** about tv because he has the most basic package known to man. all they got there is the lowest package comcast offers, no movie chanels, no nfl network and no dvr. seriously, is this 2005 and are we back in college? needless to say i called up comcast today and upgraded to HBO for only $10/month. i told brian and he didnt seem too happy saying "is it possible to just get it in your room?" dude, its $3/month extra and hes complaining about it haha. end of story i told him i would splurge and pay the extra $10/month myself and now i am going to plow throgh 2 seasons of game of thrones within the next 2 weeks

ya looks awsome im pumped. seriously tho going from direct tv with every channel known to man and the redzone channel to no movie channels at all, no nfl network and no dvr to tape anything such as pti which i watch every single day, i dont know what im suppose to do anymore!

brian did tell me his total money bill (rent, tv/internet/ bge) was about $680 last month and my rent is $50 cheaper, so looks like im gonna save a ton of money compared to riverside where the bge alone is $350-400/month. but seriously no pti or nfl network is gonna be rough

a few notes:

1. they are in the fcking virgin islands this season. i would be so pissed if i was on one of the previous shows like boston or dc n then saw these clowns r staying at an island resort.

2. no gay guys this year (i think) but one guy is def a punk rocker former herion addict and said instead of sports n working out he enjoys tattos and piercings. who bet he gets laid this season?

3. that same guy meet one of the new girl roommates n clicked with her on a friendly level but he took it as they were flirting n this was the girl of his dreams. later that night (remember this is their 1st night together) she starts flirting with another guy n he gets depressed n writes in his journal over n over again that he wants to kill himself. yes, 1 day into living on an island resort and he wants to kill himself over a girl he meet about 2 hours ago. gonna be a fun season

so i kinda ashamed to admit (no im not) that i watched episode 2 of snooki and jwowws new reality show. lets just say it is terrible. not only is it not funny but its also not very entertaining since snooki announced she was pregnant meaning she came no longer get hammered. snooki not hammered all the time = regular person who should not have their own tv show. the other main characters are their bfs, roger and jonni and the only highlights were jwoww showing how whipped she has roger (told him hes not allowed to go to a bachelor party a year and a half away) and roger making fun of jonni and snookis soon to be baby by saying it will not ever become a basketball player since his/her parents r 4'8 and 4'10 and it will have godzilla arms. sadly, this show is not a must watch.

so no chatter about the premiere of hard knocks last night?!

- joe philbin is the anti-Rex Ryan. Obviously he didnt say a cuss word the entire show but its more than that. he must be an Xs and Os guy cause he certainly isnt a players coach. some of his conversations with players (telling chad to chill and especially when he walked into the QBs meeting) seemed forced and awkward. dunno if its the cameras or just that its his first couple weeks with the team, but he just doesnt seem to have that fire of a ryan/tomlin/harbaugh

- i think matt moore gets a bad wrap in mia. he played really well the end of last year and now they bring in david garrad and list him as the #1 for the first game and you know tannehill is really #2. id be happy to have moore as a backup on the steelers if hes cut

- i do like the pace of the practices with 2 11-on-11s going on at once

- not only is chad hilarious but he looked damn good out there. could be playing like the chad of old, not just talking like him

- obvi tannehills takes the cake but all the wives are hot. i know were getting older but dammit they all looked like they were still in high school

- did anyone catch the TE that is getting blown up in every clip hes in tell his girl "you look hot today... as usu" LMAO

- 2 reasons why the phins cant get it together.... they replace rookie prospects with old fat smokers before even the first practice, and dammit i had another good one but i cant remember it.

- phins have some nice facilities

- i had some other thoughts but cant rememer them atm, theyll come to me thou. what you guys think?

i loved it and im so glad its back. although this should be under "hbo shows" rather than "mtv reality shows" ill give u a pass. here were my notes:

- chad was funny as always and def the MVP of this show. i agree nick, he did also look good on the field, at least from the clips they showed. he has an amazing abilitly to catch a tough pass n fall to the ground within .2 seconds without getting touched. but his hands weren't the issue last year, it was his route running so im a little worried for him going from tom brady to either garrad/matt moore n putting up good numbers because i want to see him do well.

- yes, i cant believe how so many qb's who makes millions of dollars n live in miami have such attractive wifes! lauren tannehill def takes the #1 spot and i can only hope they feature her more. did anyone else notice the split shots of the other girls tho? they were all smoking! they had one girl coming out of the pool and then a shot of the cheerleaders and omg was i jealous!

- i think the olinemen need to be featured more. richie incongitno is crazy n jake long seems to be the team leader, but i also loved mike pouncey. one of the dlinemen kept going at him and he went "you better stop that bro, i'll fight your ass in the locker room." haha good team spirit! combine those 3 with the chain smoker and i think theres gonna be some very entertaining clips in the future.

- good luck making the team vonte davis. glad to see u tired after a walkthrough in week 1 of training camp

a few more notes:

- the opening scene was brutal. they basically showed an underdog rookie all exicted about getting a chance n then they cut him before he even steps on the field.

- i like how hbo had to throw a tebow mention in the 1st episode (mike pouncey said they need to lay off his boy).

- i kinda liked joe philbin. not every coach is a ra-ra in your face kinda guy. i think he is more in the tony dungy mold but that doesn't mean he is anti-players. but he seems like he knows what hes doing even tho hes never been a head coach before, guess we'll see what his offense looks like having garrad as his qb instead of aaron rodgers.

oh yea the oline was another one! loved pouncey everytime he was on and they really do have a stong OLine. liked how they stood up for each other. i was huge on vonte davis last year but he was acting like a bitch at training camp. maybe he will get cut but i highly doubt it.

i doubt davis gets cut, but it seems like hes been nothing but problems the past few years. he was suspended one game last year for i think fighting a teammate during practice. didnt he show up hung over to another one? he had to take a bathroom break in the middle of an hour and a half practice haha, seriously?
