So we're all in agreement then that the BCS Championship should just become the SEC Championship? What a dog of a game, SHEESH! I switched over and watched the Knicks instead.

ya this bowl season was terrible, not 1 good BCS game all year. thats y i wanted to see Oregon in there to see a different style go aganist the SEC but i doubt they could have even won vs the dyntasy that is now alabama. it just sucks that 1 miss FG like what happend to oregon vs stanford can change an entire season n ruin everything. hopefully the new 4 team playoff that is suppose to start soon eliminates that but we'll see.
last night was one of the better college bball games ive seen in a long time. a lot of future pros on the court including trey burke who i think has a chance of being the #1 pick now after his tourney.
now that march madness is over, looks like its time to focus even more on the nfl draft and then nba playoffs!
well it hurt the game in general, most of the games aren't good. the tourney is still great but there is no longer any great teams because most of them are freshman or sophmores. 10 years ago starting a freshman was rare but now almost every good team has 2-3 starters that are freshman. thats why yesterday was so great because there were players who could actually score and make plays unlike previous years (uconn vs butler).
i think bball should be more like college football and players should stay for a minium of 2 years.
^^ i believe that 100%. nothing better than rolling out of bed at noon on a friday/saturday/sunday, getting un-cleareyed, sumersaulting to THB and standing in like for an hour for that sweet sweet hang over cure. now im hungry.
miss shirelys is up there too. a little expense for me to be considered a hangover spot, im trying to get in and out and back to bed when im hung over haha
its offical johnny manziel is my favorite college athlete for 2013. as im sure you all heard he is having an interesting offseason and this last weekend was great. he went to a Texas frat party and got kicked out haha, which then for some reason made espn feel like this needs to be reported on their front page (seriously espn?). on sunday he was going off on twitter on some idiots and even some sports writers. not the best move to attack college sportswriters but also hilarious. here were some good ones:
johnnys inital tweets:
"Last time i checked double digit win columns and championships are what matter."
"just win, baby"
sportswriter:
"Just win, Johhny? you finsied 3rd in the SEC west and were 5th or 6th best team in SEC overall."
Johhny's response:
"we finished thre #5 team in the country, good call though"
haha so great.
also he was attacked by an Oklahoma fan and johnnys response "sweet bowl game bro." hahahaha
johnny manziel suspended for half..................... of the FIRST GAME of the season vs Rice. hahaha "do whatever you want make 10s of thousands of dollars well just suspend you for 24 minutes"
the whole thing is a joke. im glad jay bials called out the NCAA a few weeks ago about them selling manziels jersey and making money off it but trying to suspend him for making $ off his own signature. shows how hypocritical the NCAA really is.
im glad hes not suspended long but wow 1/2 of game 1 vs a cupcake team is really a message sent. i like how dez bryant got suspended for the whole year a few years back for just lieing to investgators but manziel gets this for prolly getting 10's of thousands of $, they just cant prove it cuz they have no power to. goes to show what having high paid lawyers on your side can do for you!
dudes name is HaHa, and he might be the best saftey in the country this year...
HaHa Clinton-Dix
S; Junior; Alabama; 6-1, 208
We come to the fifth Alabama player on this list, which should help explain why the Crimson Tide keep winning the national title. They simply have better players than everyone else. HaHa—short for Ha’Sean—isn’t laughing about the competition.
biggest win in school history! wish they were half as good back when we went, i actually would have went to a few games! on 2nd thought, no we wouldnt have...
not sure if pitt is any good this year (probably not expect a down year football wise for all pitt teams) but did you see the stat line for the FSU freshman qb Winston?
25/27 for 356 yards and 4 tds, plus another rushing td. that is ridiciulous.
this is pretty funny. obviously I don't think anyone has seen a crazier ending then this. also, did anyone else notice they didn't even attempt to kick the extra point at the end of the game? obviously it wasn't going to effect the game's outcome, but I still thought they had to do it.
