well ive got the first great news of the day. the place that I emailed, #2 on the list and the one fish said looks sick is available for those dates! and its only $100 a night!!!!! Thats a fing steal.

Thanks for your interest in our property,Your choosen date ( March 22-26, 2012) is available. Our nightly rate is $100 per night, 4 nights period will be 400 plus $50 cleaning fee and $500 refundable security deposit equals to $950. All taxes included

Bedroom 1 : 1 King size Bed
Bedroom 2 : Twins queen size

Living Room : Large sectional can sleep 6-8. The large sectional living room sofa can accommodate two adults or children.The address is 1500 OCEAN DRIVE , SOUTH BEACH MIAMI FL. The CONDO is 1,700 sq ft. We accept BANK WIRE TRANSFER/ PAYPAL /CHECK for payment, Keys will be available for pick up at the apartment on your arrival, check in time is 2.00 PM and check out time is 11.00 AM,There is High Speed Wireless internet WiFi, computer and a washer in the apartment. We also provide linen and towels for your convenient there is underground parking space for your vehicle including Fitness Center,Pool 24hrs doorman and elevators.We will forward you a copy of an Agreement Form when you are ready to proceed with your reservation.

so at worst, were looking at $450 for plane tickets and say $100 for the place, making the total $550 for the 4 nights.

drinks/food prolly look at $200-300 a night if were in baller mode so basically were looking at 1,500-2,000 total for the vaca. i can def handle that.

fish ur numbers still sound a little high. as long as we get the deposit back ill pay that so the place will be 450 total. like i said i have a setup that can get us there and back for 346 total. so 346 + 56 comes out to about 400. $300 a night? nah id say we can eat fish tacos all day for $30 so maybe $200 a night tops for baller status. Im thinking it will be more like 1000-1200 until me and erm decide its time to ball and drop some serious cash.

but hey, if youre looking to spend 2 Gs there are some great clubs there that would be glad to have us in VIP :)

so i got the rental agreement form and the guys is asking whether we want it or not because other ppl are asking.

i know me, fish and erm are fine with going. DDs friends backed out so shes saying now its too expensive and all boys so she prolly wont go either. keanrs and motz are being as uncooperative and indecisive as possible so i dont know about those 2.

what do you guys think?

Dont be mad at me. I am committed and i have said many times that its almost impossible to get a group of people to commit to a trip regardless of how much effort a couple people put in. we need to let the guy know today whether or not we want the condo, but like i said at this point theres only the 3 of us who are firmly committed......................

i will say that deions got a couple rooms in AC for the week prior if we wanna switch it up to AC.

i guess id be down to go to AC but i doubt ill take off work for it, maybe 1 day.

If you go to NY, I suggest you spend your Saturday at the Brooklyn Brewery. Easy subway ride from penn station.

All their beers on tap, they let you order in food to the place, sit at a table and play cards and **** all day. My friends and I have been doing it about once a month now, AWESOME way to spend the day.

fish you wanna book a room in OC for mem day for me you erm and DD (+2 if anyone else wants to come)? kearns and motz will be in dewey just north of the holiday inn with the best pool bar in all of OC and DDs DC girlfriends are staying close by. i know paul and them will be there too.

rooms lookin like 228 a night x 3 nights so about 700 a room. sleeps 6

anyway, ya dream is better, what ever is cheaper. im sure we'll be fine sleeping wise n like i said, i can always crash somewhere else if it gets too uncomfortable. i just got confused cuz i thought ur dads marroitt discount would be a lot more, we stayed at vegas for like $50 for 3-4 nights and now this is looking like $150-200 for 2.

yea that was dufferent. hotels in LV are notoriaouly cheap and in NY expensive. that was also a timeshare not a hotel so we only pay like maid fees and **** like that.

NY is not the place to get cheap hotels, or cheap anything for that matter. well look at it tonight and get it figured out
