so i am all caught up after blowing through 2 seasons in less than 2 weeks. i must say i definitly enjoyed it and will be sad to no longer get to watch 1-2 episodes a night every day of the week. with that said, i must admit i do not enjoy the finales as much as i thought. i just feel like there is always some kind of cliff hanger and the story lines never wrap up. i get that its war and war doesnt end after 1 battle but the thing i loved about the wire is that when every season ended i feel like a complete story was told and with GoT i feel like so many story lines are left open. for example:
1. what is king rob and the starks planning on doing? do they still plan on attacking the lanisters?
2. what was the deal with jon snow fighting that dude at the end?
3. how did tyrione go from hand of the king to basically nothing after he lead the charge in the battle?
Well the show is based off a series of books. So the cliff hangers make sense.
1. I don't know! ****'s gonna get real!
2. At the end the dude sacrificed himself so Jon Snow could find out what Mance Rayder's plans for Westeros is.
3.Tyrions father Tywin came in and saved the day during the battle of blackwater. He then installed himself as the hand of the king. Thus stripping Tyrion of any and all power he had.
