Lorenzo the goal line back now, good for 10-12 carries and 1-2 shots at the end zone a game, I'll take that all day.

Sims is being touted in the media as the bellcow once healthy, who knows if it turns out to be true (if you remember I asked you to do that thing w/ him and tannehill the other day)

I get grey isn't an automatic starting fantasy RB, but to get him for 0 points while kearns picked up a FB who might not touch the ball more than 3 times/game again is crazy to me

I was shocked by the waivers this week. I went big on sims because I knew josh was going hard for one of the rbs. I wanted Hawkins too too but Erm grabbed him. I have no idea how guys like gray and Bryant went through for 0 though especially in a league where people are starting Hakeem nicks and trich.

SMH, very smart, always a week or 2 ahead. I was planning on trying to pick him up this week regardless of the news but then obviously when the story broke today I knew I had no shot with 0 points left so I checked who had him and of course you did.

anyway, we need a trading deadline esp since we have keepers in play.  season is over week 14, does after week 12 work for everyone as the deadline?  with 2 weeks left it gives a good idea of whos in and whos out, but I am going to be more strict with these deals on approving them so people don't take advantage of them. like, if its for a keeper that person almost has to keep them the next year unless something crazy happens (say preseason injury). what you guys think?

I think Cam, Eagles D isn't exactly world beaters and just gave Fitzpatrick almost 20 points

Week 12 is fine.... Honestly this week is the trade deadline in my other league, and we also made the rule that after a certain week you can't keep traded players to prevent fire sales.

I'm saying this knowing that I might just jinx myself for this game, but how the hell is new mike's team 7-2 and currently in 2nd place??

yes he has aaron Rodgers and antiono brown, but he is starting Jeremy hill and frank gore as his RB's??  his flex is currently Michael crabtree?  i think he has 2 starters on his team who would start over mine (at best), i don't get how we have the same record at all.  i better win this one!

fish and i should be able to knock him down a peg over the next couple weeks.

depending on how the next 3 weeks shake out fish and I could be battling for first (or even second) place come round 2 of our matchup in week 12

WHAT A WEEK OF FANTASY!

Nick getting upset by last place Paul (life imitating fantasy a-la Steelers/Jets?)

Me getting to watch Marshawn beast against my own team (I feel dirty)

And Fish now having to hope that Maclin can outscore Kelvin by 4 and change.

Erm/Mouth's matchup could be interesting, Mouth up by 14 w/ Cody Parky left to go, but Erm has LeSean. With a Mouth win the Erm descent continues.

The season winding down and my teams getting hot, LETS GO

ya last nights game was hard to watch.  I thought I was in great shape and then all of a sudden aaron Rodgers went out there and looked like he was playing a college team.  thank god they took him out basically after halftime or he could have throw another 2-3 td's easily.

my team did ok but could have been a lot better.  Hillman barley touched the ball which was disappointing and delanie walker was looking great until he get knocked the F out so those 2 hurt me.  having arian on a bye did help either but what can you do.

in my other league I went from having a pretty good chance of winning untilllllllllll the cards defense decided to score 2 tds in about 2 minutes and now the game might be out of reach.  SMH.

ha, I know I do miss doing them.  the thing that made them good was all the inside jokes we had with each other when we either were living with each other or at least seeing each other every so often but now I haven't seen anyone in our league in months so idk what I would even write about!

Mark says: I gave nick 1 point because he is out of points and he wants to make sure one of his waiver priority's is higher than another player and this is the only way to do it because it auto resets to alphabetical order. if this happens to you let me know and I will add 1 point to you also

Tue, Oct 21, 1:58pm....
Joe says: So basically we are giving handouts because you two blew your load too early. Could always just place claim on the guy you want and wait until morning for the second. Pretty sure Erm wants that same guy for $1 but Nick will get him. Fish you owe the league already for keeping Maclin at a generous $1.

Tue, Oct 21, 9:13pm via Mobile Device....
Domo says: Yeah I'm not gonna put in for anyone at $1. Its a problem with the website but I'll figure something out. Fish you can take away the 1, I wont be using it.

NFL blows time to move to ESPN

TE SHOULD be able to be flexed

Spending your FAAB should NOT affect waiver claim order.

NFL runs hat half speed, not a fan.

Yeah f you guys and your freebie points. I'll prob need one next week. I do agree it's pretty damn stupid. Does espn do fractions of a point like NFL.com? That's like the only reason why I liked it. The nfl projections are awful, McKinnon is projected 0 points every week and Ben Tate is like 15. NFL does have better irrevelant to fantasy articles on the homepage that focus more on sons of anarchy episodes than football but anything beats Matthew Berry's weekly garbage. Lastly how do we have a league that started Blount, Martin and the jaguars kicker? I don't feel so bad trotting out Charles sims after that.

Random fantasy question... I'm in first place in another league and currently have Kaep and Cutler as my Qb. Eh I know. Any thoughts to if I should pick up and start RG3 this week vs Tampa? I'm not sure which of the three would be best for the playoff run.

I would drop cutler and pick up RG3.  still probably start kaep but it depends on the matchup.  rg3 vs the bucs isn't a bad play

Kaep plays the giants in dirty jersey at 1 pm. He also has Seattle in weeks 13 and 15. Glad I can make you laugh, usually that's all you need to bring home a fatty.

I would say yes just because any decent eagles qb is almost always going to up good fantasy numbers in chips system.  with that said, this is a tough matchup for him, packers on the road, so I do wanna see him play a good team on the road before I make a statement like he's a full time fantasy starter.  hopefully he plays like hes capable and doesn't fall back into his jets turnover ways but with the way the oline blocked for him on MNF (I think he was hit once or twice the entire game) and the way he moves around in the pocket with his footwork I think he will be fine and a good play for the rest of the year.
